This outfit is reversible to give you 2 different looks - the snug and halter top.
- The outfit comprises of a halter-neck top, snug(bolero as they were called then) and a circular FULL CIRCLE skirt (ideal for rock and roll and all your petticoats)
- The spots are all cotton, the black halter-neck top is a polyester blend and has a gentle stretch for a great fit
