Policy and Guidelines
Shipping
(i) I custom make every costume. The time on every listing is the time it takes to make your costume before shipping. If you have a shorter deadline – contact us first – any reasonable request for rush orders will be filled.
(ii) International shipping/postage time worldwide is approximately 7-10 business days by Air. All parcels have tracking available. Insurance is an optional extra.
(iii) Australia-wide shipping/postage is next day for most destinations Express, or 1-3 days registered. Express is usually the first choice – depends on the size of the costume. All parcels can be tracked and registered parcels have insurance.
Methods of Payment
(i) Direct Bank Deposit
Payment is required within 7 days.
Costumes will not be made until the payment has reached the sellers bank.
(ii) Paypal
Costumes will not be made until Paypal payments have cleared.
Returns/Refund Policy
(i) If there is a fault with the costume - it will be exchanged or repaired. It would be fair to have the costume back to the seller within 7 days, so the work can be carried out and returned to the buyer in time to meet the buyer’s deadline. The postage will be the responsibility of the buyer to return the costume to the seller and the responsibility of the seller when returning to the buyer.
(ii) If you think the costume does not match the description, you need to consider this:- Costumes are hand-made, so braids, trimmings and buttons will vary subject to availability. Quality is not sacrificed. The colours of the fabrics will vary from one monitor to another. Care has been taken for colour accuracy. Black photographs will appear washed out only because they have been lightened to show more definition. If the colour is described as black the colour is black - I do not sell costumes contrary to the description.
(iii) If an agreement cannot be reached regarding points (i) – (ii) a refund will be made.
