I am an Australian costume designer in a small Australian business, selling world wide to USA, Canada, Iceland, Hawaii, Germany, Japan, UK, Ireland, Switzerland, Denmark, France, New Zealand and all over Australia.
I have in 30 years experience with costuming (not just normal sewing) for the theatre, professional theme party nights, all dance styles including ballroom, ballet, ice-dance and jazz, 21st, 18ths, themed weddings, Historical clubs and events, Halloween and Hire fancy dress shops.
My further studies include Theatrical Millinery at the Melbourne School of Fashion. Previously, I have studied Costume Fashion through the eras - I will be extensively adding to my collection of Fashion through the eras, in the very near future.
All costumes are hand made, custom made to your personal measurements.
I sew when you purchase - there is no mass-produced costumes. I take up to 15 business days (depending on workload) to fulfil your order before shipping - you need to refer to individual products for this information.
Your own personal measurements are preferred for the individual fit. There are no standard sizes, and everyone is different. A pattern is drafted for every individual. The costume is manually cut out and hand-made.
ET specialises in real Plus sizes – happy to go to 5XL (surcharge of approx $10 - $25 will apply on any costume that is listed in a smaller size).

ET Costumes definitely cannot be compared to the very cheaply mass-produced, pre-packaged, badly sized, and flimsy fabrics of Halloween costumes, which give you a “make do” passable resemblance of the character depicted; and of course, everyone is wearing the same cheap costume.
